At the meeting, the expert group listened to the report on the implementation of the project, inquired and discussed the relevant situation of the project, and inspected the equipment and instruments purchased and the use of the project, the industrialization of the project, and the construction of the enterprise’s R&D capacity. Financial experts reviewed the project budget implementation, fund management and use. In the end, the project was highly appraised by the expert group and passed the acceptance with an excellent score of 96 points.

The project has developed 3 series of 6 types of spindles and 4 types of precision bearings, forming an annual production capacity of 600 sets (sets) of high-end machine tool spindles and 500,000 sets of precision machine tool spindle bearings. It has achieved mass manufacturing of high-precision parts, assembly of high-precision spindle units, intelligent spindle production, high-performance spindle motor manufacturing and spindle test verification, breaking through the core technologies of bearing-related design and precision machining and manufacturing, and solving the problem of high-reliability bearing machining. problem.

Finally, the project has obtained 4 authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, 7 papers published, and 4 enterprise standards, which effectively enhanced the company’s core competitiveness and played an active role in promoting the intelligent transformation of my country’s bearing industry.
