After picking up the biggest win of his career on WWE SmackDown, Braun Strowman spoke to WWE’s YouTube channel about what the win meant to him.

The Monster Amongst Men defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to become the new Intercontinental Champion, despite Nakamura having both Cesaro and Sami Zayn at ringside.

Strowman spoke to Cathy Kelley after the match, reacting emotionally to the victory.

“I’m still very emotional, it’s a hard thing for me to take in. For four years I have been chasing this opportunity, and finally tonight I’ve got my hands on the Intercontinental Championship and I do not plan on letting it go soon.”
