Boohoo to launch Charli XCX collection

Online retailer Boohoo is teaming up with singer and songwriter Charli
XCX on three womenswear collections that will be exclusive to boohoo.com
over an 18-month period.

The first collection, launching on October 26, will be a 20-piece
capsule line in time for the party season and will include glamorous and
sexy dresses, matching separates, funky knitwear, T-shirts, and a curated
selection of accessories.

Each collection will be inspired by the singer’s 90s style and is part
of the e-tailer’s move to strengthen its ties with music.

Carol Kane and Mahmud Kamani, joint CEOs at Boohoo.com, said: “The
synergy between music and fashion grows stronger daily and at Boohoo.com,
we are excited to be able to help further bridge this gap and bring some
amazing fashion to our customers at very affordable prices.

Commenting on her collection, Charli XCX added: “I had so much fun
designing pieces for Boohoo’s winter collection. I can’t wait to get it out
there and to wear it myself. It’s a fun, bold and electrifying collection
and I hope everyone loves it!”
