C&U Group is listed in the top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 2024!

On September 20, at the 2024 World Manufacturing Conference held in Hefei, Anhui, the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneur Association released the list of the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies in 2024. C&U Group ranked 417th.

From the provincial distribution of the top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 2024, Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Hebei ranked in the top five in terms of the number of shortlisted enterprises. The number of large enterprises is the key support for regional economic development. Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong and Zhejiang, which rank in the top four in the national provincial economy, also happen to be the top four in terms of the number of top 500 manufacturing enterprises, showing a high degree of positive correlation. Among them, Zhejiang ranks first with 86 enterprises, surpassing Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong in terms of provincial economic ranking.

From the perspective of the strength of the listed companies: The entry threshold for the top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 2024 has reached a new level, reaching 17.062 billion yuan, an increase of 512 million yuan over the previous year; the operating income reached 52.01 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.86% over the previous year.

The role of innovation-driven development has been enhanced:The top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 2024 invested a total of about 1.23 trillion yuan in R&D expenses, an increase of 12.51% over the same period last year; the R&D intensity was 2.37%, an increase of 0.04 percentage points over the previous year; they had 1.4937 million valid patents and 717,300 invention patents, an increase of 3.85% and 11.35% over the previous year respectively; the proportion of invention patents was 48.02%, an increase of 3.24 percentage points over the previous year.

The pace of going overseas is more stable.:The top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises in 2024 have overseas assets of 7.29 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.81% over the previous year; and achieved overseas operating income of 7.13 trillion yuan.
