Cyclone Titli, which was upgraded to a ‘very severe cyclonic storm’ has made landfall in the beach town of Gopalpur in the Odisha cost between 4:30 and 5:30 Thursday morning.

The cyclone, which means butterfly in Hindi hit the coast with a speed of 140 to 150 kmph and is moving towards West Bengal.
