‘Mere Karan Arjun Zaroor Ayenge’: Rajasthan Police Is Using Hindi Movie Dialogues To Get People To Vote

The Rajasthan police always break new ground when it comes to using social networking platforms to educate people on crime trends, laws and legislations. This time, the police on its twitter account, has used popular Hindi movie characters to get people to cast vote on December 7. Using Bollywood to promote a good cause has always been a wonderful idea and it always works out.

For the past many days, police has been circulating messages using popular Hindi film characters andtheir dialogues to click with twitter users following the Rajasthan police page. The famous dialogue of Rakhi Gulzar from the movie ‘Karan Arjun’ has been re-phrased as ‘Mere Karan Arjun Zaroor Ayenge, Vote Dene to Zaroor Ayenge’ and its says ‘Do Vote’. Likewise, as the dialect of Haryanvi is quite similar to some of the dialects spoken in Rajasthan, police have also used Aamir Khan’s character from ‘Dangal’ and re-phrased one of the movie dialogues as ‘Vote to Vote Hove Hai, Chora Deve Ya Chori’.
