Rockstar Spud, Marshe Rockett, and countless others have all just quit Impact Wrestling recently, and even more departures have been announced. Sparingly used Knockouts wrestler MJ Jenkins is no longer part of the company. Also, referees Robert King and Brian Hebner have also left Impact, and they both commented on their departures on social media. PWInsider has also reported that James Storm could be on his way out of the company. Though his deal does not expire until January 2018, their upcoming TV tapings in Canada will reportedly cover the next several months, so Storm could actually be finishing up with the company very soon.

Last night’s NXT show ended with William Regal announcing that Roderick Strong and The Authors of Pain will team up to face SAnitY, as well as The Undisputed Era, in a triple-threat WarGames match at Takeover. WWE has announced that one member from each group will start off inside the two rings under a large cage while the other team members are locked in shark cages by the stage. Five minutes later, one group will join the WarGames match, then a second team after three minutes, followed by the final team after another three minutes. Once every participant has entered, the first person to secure a pinfall or submission will secure a win for their team.
After spending the summer feuding with the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman has been on fire on WWE television. He recently returned from television after missing a few weeks of action. It had been reported that he would be feuding with Kane, but those plans have apparently been scrapped. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter now reports that Braun Strowman is set to begin a feud with The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship. The buildup for the match already began on Raw this past Monday night. Kane is now scheduled to team with Cesaro and Sheamus for a feud with The Shield once Roman Reigns is cleared to return from his illness. The feud between Strowman and Kane is reportedly being saved for a different time.
