– There has been a lot of controversy as to why Ric Flair did not appear on last week’s RAW despite helping the previous week’s show draw a very solid rating. Flair was originally planned for last week’s SmackDown tapings on December 2nd in Florence, South Carolina and Monday’s RAW in North Charleston. Without explanation Flair was scrapped from both shows. Flair is booked for tonight’s RAW, however, his appearance will likely focus around the reunion of Evolution.

– Expect Vince McMahon to get “beat up” by WWE superstars both past and present on tonight’s show. The preliminary outline for the show calls for McMahon to get humiliated in several angles.

– There are rumors circulating that Psycho Sid Vicious may make an appearance on tonight’s RAW.

– Despite making a return that he said that he would never make, tonight’s RAW will not be centered around Hulk Hogan. Hogan’s return comes as a surprise to many as he was telling people close to him that he’d never work for Vince McMahon again just a few months ago.

– One of the reasons circulating around the Internet as to why The Rock declined WWE’s invite to tonight’s RAW is that the former WWE superstar turned actor is on vacation.
