All In’s Zero Hour included the Over The Budget Battle Royal to determine who will take on Jay Lethal later on tonight for the Ring of Honor Championship. Bully Ray surprised the crowd by entering the battle royal and lasted until the final two. Ray thought he had the match won after eliminating Brian Cage, but a masked luchador he forgot he out through a table earlier turned out to be Flip Gordon who entered from behind and eliminated Ray.

As a result of Gordon’s Battle Royal win, he will face Jay Lethal on tonight’s “ALL IN” main card in an ROH World Title match.
