Over the last several days, Dolph Ziggler has been putting out several promos on Twitter, which have been fantastic. These promos talk about each of his opponents at WWE Fastlane in which he is part of the Six-Pack challenge for the WWE Championship.
He cuts these promos without actually saying their names, and talks about why each one of them doesn’t deserve to be champion.Β Many of the comments hit deep at many of the thoughts people have about his opponents, including talking about Sami Zayn getting injured during his entrance, and finishes off each one with “Later, Marks” You can watch the videos here and here. And the newest one is below.
DZβs???!!!

Tomasso Ciampa “Shares” His Workout Routine
One of the biggest heels in all of wrestling right now is NXT’s Tomasso Ciampa. He is part of arguably the most entertaining long term storyline in recent memory, involving his former #DIY team mate, Johnny Gargano. He has continued to make being a heel different than most of the “cool heels” of today, and Ciampa was most recently seen costing Gargano his career on NXT television.
Ciampa continues his heel persona on Twitter, in which many superstars break kayfabe, which was most recently seen in Twitter spouts with Edge and Chris Jericho.
The latest is a trolling of the fans, in which Ciampa “shares” his diet and workout routine with the fans, which you can see below.
Twitter: OMG, you like totally have to share your diet and workout routine.
Ciampa: Here’s my secret…I am more disciplined than you. I train harder and longer with more intensity than you can comprehend. I don’t eat like a slob. Cheat days are for the weak. Go away.
