On Monday, WWE COO Triple H took to social media to announce the next NXT TakeOver live special on the WWE Network.

Following a successful NXT TakeOver: Orlando special during WrestleMania 33 weekend this past Saturday night at Amway Center, “The Game” revealed that the follow-up TakeOver special will be held in “The Windy City.”

NXT TakeOver: Chicago takes place on the eve of the SmackDown Live exclusive pay-per-view, WWE Backlash, live via the WWE Network from Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, located just outside of Chicago, on Saturday, May 20th.

Tickets for the NXT TakeOver: Chicago special officially go on sale starting next Saturday, April 8th, via Ticketmaster.com.
